I have not actively sought to buy any Silent Hill merchandise this year thus far, but I probably will start keeping a keen eye on products I have yet to obtain. The Silent Hill 3 "Drawing Block" Program is something I really would enjoy having. Whenever I do close a deal to buy this book I will let you and everyone else know.

this would seem quite a hard catch to do since it's a limited edition thing. Ebay may provide such item but in a high price :|

here... what in the wiki said.

refer to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Silent_Hill

go to
7. books
7.2 Drawing Block: Silent Hill 3 Program

you can also see it here: http://z-o-g.org/silenthill/silenthill3.php

I own the SH3 Drawing block  Smiley I hope you find this information useful!

The Drawing block is a Japanese program guide given as a bonus (along with two posters) with the limited edition version of Silent Hill 3.

This guide is completely in Japanese and I haven't found a translation online. Here what I *think* it contains based on a few English headers and pictures:

- Silent Hill 3 character information (in color)
- Introduction and story of Silent Hill3
- A mini playing guide
- Rough character & monster sketches from SH3
- Recap and History of Silent Hill and Silent Hill 2
- Blood relations, symbol, and scene connections between the first three Silent Hill games
- Staff interviews and pictures
- Silent Hill 1-3 Arms index
- Silent Hill 3 creatures (in color)

Here are the photos I took for my collection website:

I can take bigger photos if you like but I won't be able to scan the the book since I only own a flatbed scanner and I don't want to damage the binding trying to scan each page.

If you don't mind spending $80 the Drawing Block is up for auction on the Yahoo Jp auctions:
