I was wondering if the links to download "Silent Hill PC converter" and "Silent Hill 2 PC patch" are broken/down?  Or am I just not allowed access?  Whenever I try clicking on them I get:

The links were not broken. I preformed back-end changes and that specific directory was locked mistakenly.

Issue resolved.

this link seems broken again, I tried to use torrent, but it cannot connect the tracker, so I'm stuck.

All the download hyperlinks resolve to their respective files. Can you please further explain the difficulty you are experiencing.

That referenced Web page is of the site Silent Hill Town Center. I will report this broken hyperlink to the Web author soon.

Silent Hill Fever Downloads, in the Silent Hill (game) section, has a similar, if not the same, Windows OS emulator to play Silent Hill on a computer.
